Preparing the Battlefield: You are going to need a flat rectangular surface to play on, which is usually referred to as the “battlefield” or “the table” or “the board”. The game must be played on a rectangular board of at least 12” between deployments and 24” inches utmost between deployments. Table should be around 6 feet (72 inches )in width. Players are going to have to place roughly 10 pieces of terrain on it. There are no specific rules on how players should place terrain. Players should place enough blocking terrain that players can’t draw a clear line of sight from edge to edge across the table, as well as place a variety of cover and difficult terrain so that there are no gaps bigger than 12” between terrain pieces.

Deployment & Placing Objectives : Roll a dice to decide which deployment to play on and then place 3 objectives as marked by skulls below. (objectives are on 40mm bases.

Deploying Armies: Once the game has been set up, the players roll-off and the winner can choose a side and deploy his whole army first. The winning player also chooses one long table edge to deploy on and then places one unit fully within 12” of their table edge. These sections are split into 2 if there are more than 2 players. Once they are done, then the opposing player takes their whole army fully within 12” of the opposite table edge. Units cannot deploy within combat of each other.
